This is a very simple and healthy dessert recipe. The result is amazingly fresh and interesting. This recipe serves 2, and is ready in less than 10 minutes.
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon of clear honey
- ½ cup of red fruits, for instance strawberries, chopped (I also use pomegranate arils, and it is very good)
Pour the yogurt in two serving glasses. Add the clear honey, fresh mint, and red fruit. Stir well, and enjoy!
