This is a healthy food recipe serving 2, and is ready in 10 minutes or so.
- 2 x 160 gr tins (about 1.5 cups) of tuna in brine, drained
- 1 x 150 gr (about 2/3 cup) plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of capers, rinsed, drained and chopped
- ½ tablespoon of fresh chives, chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Mix together the tuna and yogurt.
Stir in the capers, chives, lemon juice and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Keep in the fridge.
