A healthy smoothie, ready in 5 minutes. It serves 2.
- 1 cup of fresh strawberry, hulled and diced
- 1 to 2 cups of baby kale
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of ice
Throw the strawberry, baby kale, milk and ice cubes in the blender, and mix until smooth.
Serve in two glasses. Clean the blender straight away. Serve and drink!
