Nothing fancy here, but this lemon, mint and cucumber infused water simply tastes great, and is healthy!
It makes 1 litre (+ 1 litre as I was able to reuse the lemon, cucumber and mint for a second batch).
- Half a lemon
- Half a small cucumber
- A small handful of fresh mint leaves
- Filtered water
Cut the lemon in thin slices, then into halves.
Cut the cucumber in thin slices, and into halves if too wide.
Put the lemon and cucumber in a glass bottle with a large opening.
Add the mint leaves, and top up with filtered water.
Keep closed in the fridge for a couple of hours (I kept it overnight), and enjoy.
