Makes 1 to 2 litres.

Ingredients

  • Half an apple
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Filtered water

Preparation

Cut the half apple into halves, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.

Transfer the apple to a glass bottle with a large opening.

Add the cinnamon sticks, and top up with filtered water.

Infuse overnight, and enjoy!

The apple and cinnamon can be reused to make another 1-litre batch.

Hi, I'm Gaëlle. After years of eating junk and processed foods, I made in September 2012 the life-changing decision to eat healthy and adopt a flexitarian wholefood diet. And I never looked back.
