


This passion fruit and almond milk smoothie is a lovely, healthy smoothie – the passion fruit is a rich source of antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and fibre. This is a great way to enjoy homemade almond milk!
The quantities in the recipe make 2 smoothies. It is ready in a few minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe passion fruits
- 1 cup of almond milk, store-bought or homemade (recipe here)
- ½ cup of ice
- 2 teaspoons of honey
Preparation
Cut the passion fruit in two, and remove the pulp with a spoon.
Combine the pulp of the passion fruits, almond milk, honey and ice in the blender. Blend for a few seconds.
Transfer to 2 glasses (most of the black seeds of the passion fruit should stay at the bottom of the blender cup. Leave them there).
And enjoy!
