Piña colada smoothie
A lovely vegan smoothie I made to remind us of our great trip to Cuba (this piña colada is without rum, but still).
The quantities in the recipe make 2 smoothies. It’s ready in few minutes.
- 2 slices of fresh pineapple, peeled and diced + some fresh pineapple to decorate
- 2 cups of coconut milk or homemade coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons of agave syrup
Combine the pineapple, coconut milk, agave syrup and ice in the blender. Blend for a few seconds.
Serve in two glasses. (Clean the blender straight away.)
Decorate with some fresh pineapple (and a straw maybe).
