Another green smoothie to start the day or for a healthy snack. This is the last recipe I will be posting this week, so I wish you all a great weekend!
The quantity here serves 2. This smoothie is ready in 10 minutes or so.
- 2 cups of baby spinach
- ½ cup of frozen cherries
- Half a frozen banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 cup of milk or nut milk
- 1 cup of filtered water
Combine the baby spinach, cherries, banana, chia seeds, milk, water and ice in the blender, and blend until smooth.
Serve in two glasses. Clean the blender straight away (it makes life easier).
