Healthy eating

We all have our own criteria to characterize a healthy diet, and here are mine: lots of fresh, in-season vegetables and fruits. Nuts and pulses. Meat occasionally, seafood on a weekly basis, dairy products and eggs frequently. Whole grains instead of refined as much as possible. Limited intake of sugar, and no deep-frying.
